Covid-19 Procedures and Protocol
Soda Prop will now be open by appointment only between 9 – 4. Buyers can reach us by email, email@example.com or phone, 416-743-7767, to schedule an appointment. We will be permitting 2 buyers at a time in the shop to allow for adequate social distancing.
Upon arrival please call 416-743-7767 to be let in as the doors will now be locked. A face mask will be required before entry so be sure to be wearing one before calling. If you have forgotten a face mask, disposable masks will be available for purchase. We ask that you do not wear gloves while in the shop.
Soda Prop staff will wear face masks at all times.
There will be hand sanitizer provided at the entrance and we ask that you use it upon arrival and again before leaving.
If you have travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days OR been in contact with a confirmed or probable case of Covid-19 in the last 14 days OR are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 including, fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat or shortness of breath, entry will not be permitted.
Orders will be processed by one employee only, reducing the number of hands touching the props before they arrive on set.
Returns will be made to the storage tent on the outside of the building where they will be stored for 72 hours before being processed. Drivers can call the shop when they arrive and we will instruct where their order can be placed.
For buyers that cannot make it to the shop, we can assist with taking photos and doing pulls for a small fee. Online orders can also be made and a small pulling fee will be charged.
A signed Terms and Agreement form will be required from a buyer before an order will be processed. Once signed it will be kept on file for all future rentals.
